If you file a dispute or chargeback after making a deposit:

Your account may be permanently suspended

All future orders may be canceled

We reserve the right to remove any delivered followers, likes, views, or engagement from your or your clients’ social media accounts
We also reserve the right to submit all transaction logs and service records to payment processors in dispute cases.
Order Refund Policy
Orders placed on SMMIndiaPanel cannot be canceled or refunded once they are submitted and processing has started.
Refunds are not issued to payment methods.
If an order is confirmed as non-deliverable due to system or service failure, a refund credit will be added to your SMMIndiaPanel account balance for future use.
Incorrect or Private Accounts
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Fraud and Unauthorized Payments

Multiple Server Usage
Please do not place the same page or account order on multiple servers at the same time.
In such cases:

Order results may be inaccurate

No refunds or credits will be provided for these orders
Drops, Delays, and Platform Changes
Social media platforms may update algorithms, remove accounts, or limit engagement naturally.
We do not provide refunds for:

If a refill option is available, users may request a refill instead of a refund, according to service conditions.
